Jaye MacPherson

Location Manager & Licensed Funeral Director

Jaye, the youngest of four siblings was born and raised in Englehart, Ontario, Canada. She moved to Toronto to attend Humber College in 1982. She remained in Toronto until May of 1994, when she moved to Las Vegas. Jaye has been a licensed funeral director since 1984, and joined the Neptune Society in Fall of 2015. When not at work you’ll find Jaye working out at the gym, enjoying the beautiful weather outdoors, and enjoying quality cuddle time with her dog-sons, PD and Finnigan.



Karen Murray

Licensed Funeral Arranger

“When I sit back and consider the significant events in my past, the important aspects of my current life and my future goals, the underlying theme is one of appreciating diversity.”

Karen was born in the small town of Austin, Minnesota, the product of a Catholic father with German roots and a Baptist mother of Swedish ancestry. Karen, the oldest of 5 siblings, moved to Las Vegas with her family when she was in 3rd grade. She graduated from Valley High School in 1972 and married her high-school sweetheart whom she met when she was in 7th grade. Together they raised 3 beautiful children. After her youngest entered first grade, Karen attended college and obtained her EMT accreditations. Karen worked at HCA Corporation for 27 years as a Health Unit Coordinator in the Emergency Room Department where she befriended a Clark County Coroner Investigator. She began working with the Clark County Coroner’s office in 2004 where she was a Deputy Coroner Investigator. Karen enjoys spending her time off with her grandchildren and donating her time to community service efforts. Karen aspires to returning to the healthcare industry where she would like to become a registered nurse caring for hospice patients. Karen became a licensed funeral arranger in 2015, and was the recipient of the Hero of the Heart Award from the City of Las Vegas in 2006.



Natisha DeGourville

Natisha was born in Denver, Colorado and was raised by her paternal grandmother and father. Natisha is the second to the oldest of 5 siblings and graduated from George Washington High School in 1996. She earned a basketball scholarship to the prestigious University of Colorado at Boulder where she majored in Criminal Justice. Natisha moved to Las Vegas in 1999 and attended UNLV where she received her degree in Human Resource Management. She then accepted a position at Zappos as a Human Resources Advisor to 1200 employees. Natisha currently devotes her time to guiding and mentoring her 3 young beautiful children who also play competitive sports in school and are involved in a college preparatory curriculum. Natisha has been a licensed funeral arranger since 2015, and received the Excellence Award in Leadership in 2012. Natisha is spiritually rewarded by the time she is able to devote to her career and the compassionate care in the services she is able to provide to her Neptune families.



Anna Morales

Anna is the newest member of our Neptune Family. A native Las Vegan, Anna graduated from Western High School in 1985. The basis of her administrative background stems from the beginnings of a humble family business that flourished. She attended Las Vegas College where she majored in Court Reporting. Anna has worked over 10 years as a Legal Secretary, and has provided administrative support to Pretrial Services with the Federal Court, the State of Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers, and the Clark County School District. Investigative research is one of her areas of interest. Anna takes great pride in her daughters. Anna looks forward to cultivating many meaningful relationships in her position with Neptune and growing with the company.



In the Community

Neptune Society Las Vegas, NV - Open House at Atria Sunlake

Neptune Society Las Vegas, NV recently participated in an Open House at Atrai Sunlake. The facility is having a ‘Gorgeous Grandma’ event on Saturday, so our offices donated all the boas, hats, glasses, etc. for the ladies to use to dress up in.


National Strawberry Sundae Day

Jaye MacPherson, service manager of Neptune Society Las Vegas, NV, celebrated National Strawberry Sundae Day by donating an all–inclusive, do-it-yourself strawberry sundae kit on a hot day to a local hospice.


Neptune Society and Opportunity Village

On December 5, 2015, the Neptune Society Las Vegas, NV office banded together to entertain 30 young people who have lost parents this year. The organization is called Adams Kids. They were given teddy bears and candy canes, and Christmas Carols were sung. The office then got to open Opportunity Village, and watch the delight in their faces as we walked through the park with them. The office also sponsored a tree at Opportunity Village, which is an organization that helps special needs children and adults.
