

Scott Edward Depferd, age 76, beloved son, brother, uncle, father, and husband left this world surrounded by his family on March 11th, 2026, after a brief illness. He was born on September 19, 1949 in Brockport, NY to Raymond and Evelyn Depferd where he grew up with so many friends and family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Susan Depferd; his adoring daughter, Mackenzie (Clay) Terhune; and brother, Mark (Judy) Depferd. He also leaves behind his cherished nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends. He truly wore his heart on his sleeve making sure everyone knew how much they were loved.
After serving his country in the US Army in Vietnam, he dedicated his career to Pennzoil where his shining personality won over his many customers and colleagues. He never met a stranger in life or in business.
Scott had several passions from fishing and golfing to riding his Harley. He and his wife loved hitting the road with friends, riding to destinations across the US and loving the adventures along the way.
Scott loved spending time with friends and family including his fur babies, Mittens and Zoe. He will be remembered for his warmth, generosity, and the deep love he had for his family.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. Teresa Catholic Church 203 Ojibway Ave., Titusville, FL 32780 on Wednesday, April 8th, at 11:00 am.
Interment to follow at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery 5525 US Highway 1, North Mims, FL 32754 at 1:00 pm.
And a Celebration of Life will immediately follow at VFW Post 4228 at 4411 Capron Rd. Titusville, FL.
