Born on November 22, 1942, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Fred was the son of the late Frederick Aldine Ebert and Rebecca Gardner Ebert. His quiet strength, steady presence, and thoughtful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Fred is survived by his two devoted sisters, Ellen Ebert of Los Angeles, California, and Cynthia Ebert of Havana, Florida. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, his sister Patricia, and his brother Samuel.
Fred’s life was one of quiet dignity, generosity, and unwavering connection to family and friends. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who shared in his journey.
