Donald, at the age of 71, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Ochsner Hospital, at 2:15 pm. Beloved husband of Sandra Gail (Abshire) Riley for 51 years. The couple has two children; Laura Ashley Lavon Riley, and William Ray Riley. Grandfather of Selena Lulei. Son of the late Charles P. Riley and Claire S. Schneider. Brother of Charles, Ronald and Robert Riley, Barbara Valentine and Carolyn Guilliot.
