

Dr. Parlotz was a man of letter having three earned doctorate degrees. He was in ministry to others all his life. He was a professor at Northwest University, a chaplain in the U.S. Air Force and the Archbishop of United Anglican Church. He was a devoted husband and father and was married 60 years. Bass fishing, hiking, photography, and kayaking were hobbies he enjoyed.
Dr. Parlotz is survived by his spouse, Barbara of Bellevue, WA, Son David of Burien, WA, grandchildren John and Samuel of Burien, WA, Daughter Tonya (Parlotz, David Muldoon) grandchildren William, Shannon Whistler (Brian), and Alec, great grandchildren Willow and Evelyn of Juneau, AK.
A memorial for Dr. Parlotz will be held at the The Episcopal Church of the Resurrection located at 15220 Main Street Bellevue, WA 98007 on Saturday October 14th at 2pm, presided by Father Alwyn Hall.
