Linda Jean Rice

Linda Rice, formerly Linda Brennan, passed away on January 25, 2024, in Homosassa, FL, at the age of 73.She was born on January 20, 1951, in Brooklyn, NY. Linda was a loving and sweet woman who always had a smile on her face. She had a great sense of humor and was always willing to help others in any way she could. Known as a "social butterfly", Linda was loved by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Linda was a retired individual, having dedicated many years of her life to her career at RCI. She truly enjoyed helping people plan their timeshare vacations. Outside of work, she had a passion for traveling, vacationing, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Linda was also a very creative and talented artist, particularly in the areas of drawing and calligraphy.

Linda is survived by her children- Retha Loviscek and Andrew Baez Rice; as well as her grandchildren- Britney McFall, Raphael Bolden Jr., Tonya Loviscek, Matthew Loviscek and Makayla Baez Rice; her great-grandchildren Camden McFall, Ayden Bolden, Aubree Harris and Myla Tyler; her beloved companion, Maynard Wright; and her brother, Gary Brennan. She was preceded in death by her brother Mickey Brennan, her parents Emmett & Gertrude Brennan, her beloved husband of 38 years David Rice, and her brother Rob Brennan.

At this time, no memorial service has been planned. Linda's family will announce a later date for a Celebration of Life, once arrangements have been scheduled.

Linda Rice will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched with her unending love, kindness, generosity and creativity.
