Dallas Bates Evans

Dallas was born on January 22, 1945, in Flint, Michigan, to parents Dallas C. Evans and Francis Augusta McCullough.

Dallas graduated from Davison High School in 1962. He went on to attend the University of Miami Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business. He served as a Flint police officer, park ranger chief, and CPA.

Dallas is survived by his wife, Karen Evans (Lane); his children, Jason Evans (Lesha Evans) and Greg Evans; his grandchildren, Jaxon Evans (Sydni Roseberry), Kassidy Evans (Zach Tersigni), Anna Evans, Dallas J. Evans, Cody Lockwood, and Kylee Martin; Matthew and Rita Lane of Colorado and Mary Lane of Flint; his beloved Golden Retriever, Mickey; special neighbors Ken and Angelique, and Jeff and Chrissy; and his SXS pal Nancy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dallas C. Evans and Francis Augusta McCullough, and his sister, Susan Thiel.

Dallas was loved by many and will be missed deeply.
