Our TeamCindy Simpson
Cindy is currently celebrating 30+ years of service with our company, with 10+ years in management. She joined Neptune Society in July 2014 and serves as our resident expert in all aspects of the funeral industry, including cremation. Cindy strongly believes in providing families with excellent service and 100% customer satisfaction and finds that assisting families during their time of need is a very rewarding experience. When she’s not working, Cindy enjoys spending time in her garden, traveling, and being a mother to her two children and an “Abby” (grandmother) to her precious granddaughter. Over the years, Cindy has been involved with several local organizations and charities, including Rotary Club and being a hospice volunteer. She has strong ties with the Veterans Administration, having implemented and respectfully promoted the Dignity Memorial Homeless Veterans Burial Program in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as well as other charities such as the Alzheimer’s Association and Diabetes Association.
Mac McNamara has over 20 years of sales and sales management experience. He joined the Neptune Society management team in 2005 and is currently the Legacy Market Manager in Dallas and Fort Worth Markets.
Teena Warren, Sales Manager for Neptune Society in Fort Worth, TX, has been with the company for a little over two years. She started out as an ISR, and then she was promoted to Sales Manager in April of 2015. Teena is married, has two children, and lives in Arlington, TX. Her sales background includes inside and outside sales in the hospitality, telecom, and industrial advertising industries.
Mindy Lyons was born in Nebraska, raised in Kansas, then ended up in Texas. She came to Texas in 2001 when she was stationed at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth. She spent four years in the Navy as an Air Traffic Controller. Once a civilian again, in 2005, she attended a few junior colleges obtaining two different associate’s degrees. Then in 2011 she graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree, she then received her flight dispatch license from the FAA in 2012. Finally, after a life-long dream of being a mortician, she went to Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science and graduated in 2013. She worked at a few different funeral homes until she found the best job ever (funeral director with weekends off) with Neptune Society, where she plans to stay.
