Teresa attained her Associate’s Degree in Mortuary Science from Briarwood College and has been a Connecticut licensed funeral director since 2006. She is a former US Army Reservist, receiving her honorable discharge in 1999 and is a member of the American Legion. She is also a member of the St. Andrew’s Society of Connecticut which is a non-profit, all volunteer, charitable organization that awards benevolence and education awards annually.
During her time off, she enjoys the company of her husband Kevin, son Vinnie, her cat, Daisy, pug, Winston and two ferrets, Elsa & Olaf. During the summer, she assists attendees at several Scottish Highland Games & Festivals as the Connecticut Convener for Clan Donald, and does fundraising for various non-profit organizations such as the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
Jennifer is a licensed funeral director/embalmer in the state of Connecticut. She has been in funeral service for 15 years earning her Mortuary Science Degree from Briarwood College in Southington, CT. She is a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi in New Britain and a member of CFDA as well as Triad of New Britain.
A single mother of four beautiful children, she enjoys her time off spending “family time” and creating precious memories with her three boys; John (Jack), James (Jimmy), and Jacob (Jake) and her daughter; Jessica (Jessie Girl).
Jennifer aspires to be the best “Jenn” she can be and she feels truly blessed to help protect as many families as she can from life’s wrse day by guiding each family step-by-step through the preplanning process. Allowing them to spare their own family from the anguish, grief, and uncertainty of not having a prearrangement in place. Nobody wants to attend a funeral they forget. With a plan in place you are able to celebrate the life of your loved ones in a way you never forget.
Joseph has a well-rounded varied working background. He has worked in management and administrative assistance roles in insurance companies, veterans’ administrations, and for local newspapers. This gives a unique perspective to the tasks at hand. It is with this approach that he goes above and beyond for his office staff and the families that they service, ensuring dependable and compassionate service and knowledge at a time of grief when it is needed most.
He also enjoys reading, writing, music, and cooking. His free time is spent cherishing moments with animals, family, and friends.
