Tracy Mayes-Goodin Summers, may have began her career in funeral services 20 years ago, but descending from two funeral directors, her father and grandfather, means that serving families with kindness, respect and integrity has always been how Tracy carries comfort to others. Having suffered her own difficult losses, Tracy envisioned a career where she would be instrumental in providing ease and guidance for grieving families honoring their loved ones. She graduated from John. A. Gupton College as a licensed funeral director and embalmer in 2003.

Office Coordinator
Kallie Bartlett, is a Knoxville native and alumni of Hardin Valley Academy, which shares a neighborhood with the Knoxville Neptune office. Kallie joined Neptune Society in July 2022 as Office Coordinator after a fascinating career as an Ophthalmology Technician. Kallie also completed an Associate’s degree in Social Work in 2021. Kallie’s enthusiasm for helping families made Neptune Society feel like a natural fit.

Sales Manager
Trish Errato started her career with Neptune Society after moving to Tennessee from North Carolina in 2022. Trish is thrilled to be helping families preplan, as she had a few sudden losses in her family and knows what it’s like to be unprepared for the unexpected.
